Smile SCSI CD burning

WOO F'n HOO!!! For some reason, today I boot into X and now my SCSI Yamaha 6416S burner is recognized in iTunes and Toast Preview. Not just recognized, I burned a CD on my SCSI burner in iTunes!!! Can someone tell me why this suddenly works? Not that there's anything WRONG with that...

I installed El Gato's Mac OS X SCSI CD-RW Helper when I d/l Toast Preview, but after I rebooted, it didn't work. Check out the screen shot.
