Unhappy Dock Poofs

Please dont flame me for putting this here, i could not post in the How Too section for some reason,

I want to know if there is a site that wille xplain how to replace my Dock poofs, i have some poofs downloaded but i need instruction of how to to this via either Terminal or using a app.

... visage is the pref pane you need... it'll let you replace your dock poofs very easily ...

Is this freeware...or something that makes me pay them money?

Ty for help you two!


I was hoping for a Terminal short cut., but hopefully these things will aloow me to change the oogly standard poofs

boot into classic go to system>liberary>coreserviecs>dock.app

now ctrl+click on the "dock.app" and click on show package contents.

now folow the path contents>resources>

in that folder there are 3 .pdf files. entitled left.pdf middle.pdf and right.pdf.

simply replace those files with the replacement docks.

to replace the poof replace the file poof.pdf
