iChat Quality

The screenshot picture attached is from Apple's sneak preview of Leopard (the section on Time Machine).

Does anyone else receive such good quality pictures on their iChat video link-up as suggested by Apple in this screenshot?

Yes when I spoke with a friend (who also has an iSight) during non prime time for internet use. We are both on the U.S. East coast separated about by 400 miles. We both had high speed and have good network knowledge to program the open ports on our router/firewalls (using the Apple Article "Well Known" TCP and UDP Ports Used By Apple Software Products).

Why the _heck_ is this in the Café?! ... Moving it to the good forum.

On topic: Those are not shots taken from actual iChat conversations, quite probably. Plus: You, too, can enhance your videochats by getting the lighting right. Most people don't want to have spots aimed directly at their faces at maximum brightness from at least two directions in order to reduce shadows.
