| If ever! UK, France, Sweden and maybe Germany first, perhaps? The fact is that it will take some time until we are going to see Apple Stores across Europe... ![]()

| I'm surprised because Apple has a strong presence in much of Asia and even Australia (Australasia always looks funny to me spelled out). But on a recent sojourn to England and France, I was surprised by how little of any Apple presence I saw.

| Apple HQ Europe is in ... Paris? Maybe a store there? Or London? Maybe Berlin, which is hip and they did the keynote streamfest there? Maybe "Think Different" Amsterdam? *sigh* Let's hope so ... For now the first AppleStore outside the US is in Tokyo ... long way from here ...

| Yes, it is in Paris. And Apple is present in Europe nearly only in France. The first store will likely to be a small one, and in Paris. And the next ones after that I can see them in London, then one in Germany (Berlin maybe?), then probably one in Italy (Milan?), then Barcelona, then ...? Apple will open a store in Tokyo next year, and the Europe stores will be later than that. After Paris, London and Berlin?? the economy in Europe could have already changed so much that the next potential alternatives could be St. Petersburg or Moscow or Krakow .. time will show it. The former 'East' has a huge economical potential and people believe in the future and like to invest and especially in Russia they (especially the few rich there) like the beautiful objects too. I'd say nothing to be seen in Europe for at least 2 years from now. Unless Steve will say something in the Keynote in Paris (around 13 Sept.).

| There's a number of Apple stores already in Singapore. Or am I missing something?
