Help! Can't see 2nd drive when I boot Windows from Fusion

I'm running Mac 10.5, Windows XP Pro and VMWare Fusion.

I'm have a Mac Pro with 2 HDs. The primary is in Bay 1. The second is in Bay 2. This 2nd drive is formatted as NTFS.

When I boot to Windows via Bootcamp, I see and can access the 2nd drive, no problem. However, when I start in Mac OS, then run Fusion, then boot into Windows, everything in Windows runs as it should except I cannot see my 2nd drive.
