| Offendingcommand: Gn;0 I am having problems creating a press-ready pdf file from a Quark eps file. I've tried eliminating all images and had the same problem, then changed all fonts in my document to Arial. Not sure if it's a font or image problem any more. The message I get is: %%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: GN;0 ]%% Stack: -mark- -save- 4 %%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%% %%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %% I'm working on a Mac. Have never had this problem in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks Andrea |

| Try Preview instead... If you have Tiger, you might not need to run it through Distiller. Open the EPS in Preview, and choose Print..., then use the "Save as PDF/X" in the print dialogue. It's been a while since I used QXP, so I don't remember exactly how it looks like, but maybe you can access the "Save as PDF" in the print dialogue directly there. Then you wouldn't need to create a EPS file in the first place. I have a vague memory of a button called "Print options" or something similar, that would bring up the systems own print dialogue, but I might be mistaken? |
