help with sizing pop-up windows from links in Dreamweaver

On the portfolio page of my website I have hotspots with behaviors set to open the images larger in a new window when double-clicked. I want to be able to set the new window to open at 100% of the pixel dimension of the image (not full screen with scroll bars) and with no toolbar at the top of the frame. Anybody know their way through Dreamweaver? Please help.
