Any Flash wizards out there?

Okay guys, help me out. I just want to take the gif's that I have for my top and bottom bars on my website, and take using Flash create a little light reflection running across the bars as the site is viewed. How do I import into dreamweaver and how do I set up the files? thanks.

You could just animate the GIFs themselves, and save people from having to endure Flash for no useful reason?
