| We have developed a web application, to use it you need to use Microsoft internet explorer 5.0 or higher (with PC) We have mac users that cannot use our program. They are using internet explorer 5.3.2 and OS X. What is the difference in the internet explorers (Mac vs PC)? They can gain access to the site but cannot navigate because the images they need do not display for them to use. What do we need to do so they can use this? I really need your help. |

| Maybe your web program will work with a better browser, such as FireFox or Mozilla.

| What sort of images did you use in your navigation area? How did you implement them? It sounds like you have possibly tried to implement some technology that is specific to the Windows version of IE. Stick to the web standards as set forth by the W3C and you should be good across most browers. Also, test your pages in Windows, Mac, & Linux with the top 3 or 4 browsers in each platform before release. |
