Buying a US Mac in UK

I've found a G4 iMac here in the UK which appears to actually be the US-configuration, looking at the software that comes with it (US English OS X, Quicken Deluxe 2000, AOL, OS X Chess are listed, which don't appear in the UK software list at apple.com).

Does anyone know of any issues with using such a machine in the UK? All new Apples have switchable voltage so that's OK... I might need a new power lead... that's OK... I might want to buy OS X UK version (if such a thing exists)... that's OK too.

The thingie states that this Mac comes with a three year warranty -- presumably this is useless if it is a US Mac?

Am I missing anything obvious? Thanks!
