Safari And Acrobat

I've recently started having problems downloading pdf files with safari. These are typically downloaded and then opened with Acrobat 5.0 on my computer, but now I keep getting a message that says that the "file is damaged and can not be repaired". The same file opens fine when downloaded using explorer.

Any susggestions?

depending on which version of your OS and Safari you're using but was not stated in your question.

FYI you should use the search feature and/or post this question here to get more exposure
