Osx And Microsoft Desktop Elite For Bluetooth

Hello,

Is it possible to connect a Microsoft Desktop Elite for Bluetooth to a macMini running OSX 10.39?

(my macMini does not have built-in bluetooth but the Elite Desktop has a Bluetooth dongle to connect)
