| Maxtor One Touch/Retrospect Express I have recently connected a firewire Maxtor onetouch II Backup drive to a G5 running 10.4.3 Every time I connect the drive and attempt to run retrospect via the button on the front of the drive the computer hangs. The Mac then only decides to restart once the drive is disconnected, Ive attempted to run the updater from maxtor.com which is supposed to resolve this, hoerver the application refuses to launch. Any Ideas would be appreciated |

| Maxtor's drivers are old (2003-2004), and they won't update the Mac ones. I spoke to their computer tech & programming engineer. Maybe some large volume of response from others may prompt action. A |
