| Have you tried updating to 10.4.3? Also, have you patched UT2004 to the latest revision?

| Can you plug your mouse into the G4 itself, rather than the keyboard?

| orgot to mention, that my system is panic'ing even when i'm not playing unreal tournament 2004, although not as severely and not as frequently. whereas the system will have the freeze and lock up style panic when playing unreal; the style of panic i get when just using my machine normally is that the screen gray's out and the big power button symbol comes up telling me i need to holf the power button down for a few seconds and restart (in about 6 different languages) hope that info helps. |

| and some additional info as well. i plugged the keyboard straght into my machine, avoiding the usb hub on my monitor....the problem still persists though i cant find the apple hardware test cd that came with my machine, but i did manage to get a copy of tech tool pro v4 and ran the advanced tests, but nothing came back wrong except it says there were minor errors detected in the 'finder' test. below are the latest info in my panic.log from system profiler....dont know if any of it will help, but i'm including it in hopes that it does. thanks again for all the help! ==================== panic.log: Description: Panic (system crashes) log Size: 81.25 KB Last Modified: 12/26/05 4:10 PM Location: /Library/Logs/panic.log Recent Contents: ... Can't tell much beyond that, though. Maybe make sure it's seated correctly and everything's plugged in nice and snug. If you've got a spare Mac video card around, maybe try that as well.
