error message -91

I have PowerMac G4 AGP macos 10.3.9. Tried to install ScanSoft "OmniPage OCR" from Canon cd for scanner Canoscan F5000, but I get unable to complete installation error -91 which is a classic error! I used Disk Utility and TecTool pro but no result.
