| Hi We use a few Macs (G4 & G5) in our company and we want to stop users using USB flash memory dongles. Is it possible at all? Greg |

| I don't think it is possible as the USB is required for Keyboard/mouse operation. I was going to suggest removing the USB kext. But that would prevent me from typing this to you. I am not sure, however, how this is it much different from users emailing files to themselves (their private account)...? Excellent question though.. I am curious too.

| I was thinking about the same - about disabling the whole usb subsystem - but obviously it's not the solution. Maybe there is a way to remove usb flash memory driver from the system so that usb memory keys wouldn't be recognized. By the way - users cannot acces web based mail systems - they are blocked (-; |
