| I just purchased an Apple USB external modem to use with my new MacBook Pro, running OS X 10.4.7. Is there a way to edit the baud rate to run at 9600? Does the init string for faxing set that? If so, what type of init string should I be using? I am using a Vonage internet phone connection for faxing and was told to try to reduce the baud rate to prevent drop outs during fax connections. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks! Janet |
