Question Any MPEG cards work with QT Broadcaster or QTSS directly?

I've been playing around with QT broadcaster, but I can't get a decent sized windows (320x240) at 30fps. I was hoping there was a hardware based solution for the Macs that I can use to stream decent MPEG1 video for a high bandwidth network. 4-8 mbits not a problem.
