USB Hard disk invisible

Hello

I am using a Storex MPiX 351 external hard disk. This worked successfully with my iMac until a power cut occurred. Since then, I have been unable to see it in the Finder or using DiskUtility - although it appears in the System Profiler as USB 2.O Storage Device.

I can use it with my Toshiba laptop running Vista, where I can access all the files, but I would like to use it to store my iTunes library on, as this is now hogging about half of my internal disk space. Is there any way of mounting an unseen disk in Leopard?

Thank you

Tim Mason
