G4 Processor Upgrades?

I'm wanting to upgrade the Processor in my G4/466 with 512mb ram (quicksilver), been looking at this http://www.macmall.com/macmall/shop/...=146801#scroll . Is that a good upgrade or should I look for a different brand processor upgrade?

Good choice. I have this upgrade in my G4/450 and it works great.
