EyeTV Wich One Should I Buy?

Hi,

I have a question about the eyetv series.
a month ago i got digital tv by air no cable.
but there are 2 eyetv's version for it at the same price.
The EyeTV 310 and the 400 could somebody help me chose?
btw I already have a card with a chip on it and a receiver.
Or maybe there is another external tv card for the eMac that's better.
