MAC OS X Server - SMB request slowly

Hi,

We have a Mac Os X Server 10.4.10 and the Windows File Sharing is online in my network.
The problem is when I try to have access in windows

\\my server

To open my folders are very slow since a couples ok weeks, do you know if some setting need to be change in MAC OS X Server?

Presently my config in Admin Server - Windows is:

NTLMv2 et kerberons enable
