Question Adobe InDesign 2.0 Language Dictionary

I read in both the book that comes with InDesign and the program's help that I can change the language that the dictionary / spellchecking uses... and I'm trying this method:

Quote:
To change the default dictionary for a specific document, choose Edit > Deselect All, and then choose the language. (In the Character palette)
But there's only "English" and "No Language"... anyone know how I can add other languages?

I need Spanish and Italian.

Thanks for any help.
