| DVD Player looks crappy Most DVDs I play with DVD Player look like crap all the time. A lot of blocky weird fuzzies go on the image. I can play the DVDs in VLC and the image will be perfectly fine, but I'd prefer to use DVD Player. Anyone know anything about this problem? |

| Try deleting com.apple.DVDPlayer.plist from you ~/Library/Preferences folder. That might do it. |

| You wouldn't happen to have a Radeon 8500 card, would you? Quote:

| I have Tiger but the DVD player looked bad in Panther too. I tried making a new user and the DVD player image looked the same. I do not have a Radeon 8500 card. The sound is fine. Is it possible that there is something wrong with the hardware? It seems weird to me that there would be since using VLC to play DVDs results in perfect image quality. |
