Angry Peculiar OS X.1 Server Issue

Came in this morning to find my FMP Database closed on my server... So I rebooted. During reboot, it paused for a long time at Network File Services and then paused forever at a blue screen and the spinning circus wheel. So I followed Apple's Instructions deleting a preference file and rebooted. Booted fine, but now Apache want start, Terminal takes 5 minutes to load and then it doens't show the prompt until several minutes later.

My logs don't lend a clue to what the problem is... Overall reponsiveness is sluggish. This has happened to me several times since I purchased OS X Server, Dual Gig... Any Ideas?
