Missing apps from installer

I recently had to have my eMac's hard drive replaced. The shop that did the work reinstalled Panther (10.3.6) which I elected to update to 10.3.9 rather than doing my own install and update. Unfortunately I am missing Applework, Quicken, Tony Hawks Pro Skater, and a sound editing app (I forgot the name). These came with the eMac when I bought it, at least they showed up during my initial configuration of the computer.

I used the shareware application Pacifist in an attempt to reload the apps individually from the installation disk but I can't find them on either of the 2 eMac disks. Disk 1 appears to have the OS and applications while Disk 2 seems to have only language files.

What have I missed?

Thanks.
