OS X Server - Network Panel SetUp

System Information:
Desktop G3 OS X Server 10.1.4
Mac OS X (10.1.x)
224Mb
I want to setup my Network panel so that I can;

1/ Access my OS X Server hosted web sites from the web server,
2/ Access the internet thorugh my router (for software updates, general web browsing).

My Server IP is 90.0.0.50
My Subnet is 255.255.255.0
Obviously local web sites are at 127.0.0.1/~xxxx
My Router is at 90.0.0.9
The rest of my inhouse Macs and PC's are on 90.0.0.x

A screen shot would be really useful too please.

Oh!, the raseon for asking is that I can see my web sites locally on/from the Server but I cannot browse the web or other Pc's cannot see the server in the web browsers or via AppleTalk (which is on.)
