| How to uninstall Remote Desktop? One thing OS X is missing is an uninstall function. I'm having a problem with Apple Remote Desktop, it suggests I reinstall the software. Unfortunately when I try to install the original version over the updated 1.1, the system tells me it can't. How would I uninstall the broken version? TIA |

| You can use either desinstaller or OSXPM to remove installed packages, latter of which is available @ http://www.osxgnu.org . BE CAREFUL WITH THAT!!! you can mess your system badly, so do not go on removing any updates...also, these propably rely on packages stored in receipts folder, so if you've removed them, then it really well could be no-go...unless you re-install it and then de-install immediately afterwards...
