 illustrator cs on osX 10.3.9 (build 7w98) Hello, i have Adobe Studio CS working on my mac. I use photoshop and indesign with no problem. But when using illustrator i have this issue: saved artworks dont open. Same thing when i put file>new. the "thinking" coloured cursor appears and stays forever. Sometimes the files open!, i couldn find out why this happens. I have tried deleting illustrator preferences from library but didnt work. any idea will be helpfull. thanks gb  |

| You should try reinstalling Illustrator CS. My copy of Photoshop CS used to get messed up somehow and I would have to reinstall it it about once a month. Eventually I just archived a copy of the application to avoid constantly having to reinstall it. |
