Actually, that isn't Apple Remote Desktop, this is Apple Remote Desktop. Here is the Macworld review.

Ive been to this site. and apple offers NO info about how to set it up, a pdf file or something!

I am confused. How to set it up? The product comes with a manual. It is pretty straight forward anyway. What do you want to know?

sorry, I should have mentioned. LOL>

He cant find his manual. Has looked everywhere. So, Im trying to set up something I've never used before, nor has he.

Its installed, but other than that, I dont know what to do next. how to set it up on my end, and his to get it to work.
