Could some kind soul post Image Capture?

Dear MacUsers,

I have just upgraded to 10.2.1 and it seems that Image Capture was part of the upgrade. Unfortunately, I had moved the application to a different folder from its default location.
It seems now that Image will not work, error type -10000!
I have tried reinstalling 10.2.1 upgrade, no success.
Could someone who has already upgrade to 10.2.1 please post the Image Capture application to this thread or provide a URL on where I can download it?
