Adobe Illustrator cs won't load

[magunga]

My Illustrator wont load all of a sudden. It acts like its starting up and then unexpectedly quits with this error message. i tried dragging illustrator to the trash, deleting it, and then reinstalling, but I'm still having the same result. i have no idea what to do. any help would be greatly appreciated. my os is 10.3.9.
