| first of all, if your reading this a) thank you b) this is my last resort c)in case u havent guessed yet ive just switched from P.C O.k.. im trying to open a file but get a window saying 'The document cannot be opened. Script editor cannot open files in the "script editor document" format. Do i need another application to open these types?? If so ....what is it ![]() If no.....what next? |

| We need a tad more info. Tell us about the file. What do you think it should be? Where did you get it? What is its extension (if any)? What does a "get info" (hi-lite and press command-i) tell you?

| hola the file extension is .exe a friend of mine gave me the disk get info says "script editor document" |

| oh, that's a windows exectuable, you can't open it on a Mac unless you have VirtualPC, a quite expensive application that can emulate a windows environment on your Mac... if you tell us which kind of application is that one, maybe we can tell you which kind of app you need on a mac for that use...

| Ditch it. iTunes plays MP3 and AAC files. Download and install Microsoft's Windows Media Player and you have WMA covered except for the DRMed tracks. |
