| Copying DVD's? I have tried using *** and then Popcorn or Toast to burn the Video_Ts file, but everytime I do, the resulting DVD is unwatchable. It skips, or is just a jumble of digital mess. Does anyone know a foolproof method of burning commercial DVD's on a Mac? Last edited by fryke; August 11th, 2005 at 07:35 AM. |

| You have the tools, certainly. But what versions or *** and Popcorn, under what OS, and with what DVD burner? And most critically what brand/speed of discs are you using? I've had terrific luck with Samsung Digitall 4.7gb DVD-R (remember the minus for maximum compatibility, esp with old players) from meritline.com, $0.49 each in a 100-disc spindle. These are 1-X discs. The lower the X-ness and the lower the burn speed, the better odds of success.

| We don't discuss circumventing copy-protection schemes here.
