Sherlock

Wondering what's been going on with Sherlock. An Apple tech helped me this morning to reset it. When I clicked on a channel icon, it disappeared. Ironically, HE was experiencing the same problem as well as another MAC user I know.

While everything has been put back where it belongs, I'm still unable to use it. Channels load endlessly without result and show in different languages at any given time (except English!)

Any help or info you may provide is appreciated.
