Retrospect Error208

To backup set Retrospect Data…
Trouble reading: “Retrospect Data” (0), error 208 (media content unrecognized).
8/30/2005 10:58:42 PM: Execution incomplete.

That is from a 22 GB backup file that was originally backed up to a USB external drive with Retrospect Express on 10.1. Currently trying to restore with Express and Retrospect 6 on 10,4. There are apparently no snapshots available and when I try to do a file search to restore, it just says searching and never executes the restore.

Any help is appreciated, the friend who I am helping has everything in that backup file.
