Address Book Printing Problem

When I try to print 2 pages per sheet in Address Book, a series of lines appears on the first 3 pages and last page. It doesn't happen on full size sheets. I am running Address Book 3.1.2 on a powerbook G4, 500 mhz, OS 10.3.9. Any ideas? Thanks!
