Macromedia Studio Mx Apps Not Opening

Hi - First of all, thanks so much for giving me a hand with this!

Basically my studioMX apps (dreamweaver, flash) won't open. They're on my dock, and when I click them, they animate (they bounce up and down like they should, as if theyre going to launch) but then they stop bouncing and the back arrow dissapears as if it's cancelled the launch. I'm sure it's somerthing simple, but I cant think of anything.

If it's any help, it happened after I did a system restore (just restored os x it shouldnt have touched any files) all other apps continue to work fine...

If you can help, that would be awesome!
