Isync For Sony S710a

I'm having a hard time getting iSync to find my phone, a Sony S710a. Is there something that I'm forgetting to do? I have Bluetooth on my phone and laptop (both activated), I have my phone set to 'show', and I'm still not getting it.

Some help would be nice! Thanks!!!
