| Mac crashes on SMB activity. Help me This is my problem: few days ago, i connected my new dual G4 to the office network in order to share some GBs of stuff, but once a PC started to download files from my mac, the mac crashes (kernel panic). The network is well setted with static IP. I know that this isn't the problem. On my mac I have jaguar 10.2.2 and this is my smb.conf file: [global] client code page = 437 coding system = utf8 ; guest account = unknown encrypt passwords = yes netbios name = powerserver workgroup = hampcake security = share socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNDBUF=8192 [homes] comment = User Home Directories browseable = no read only = no create mode = 0750 [movies] path = /Volumes/firewire/Movies public = yes only guest = yes writable = yes printable = no [extra] path = /Volumes/extra public = yes only guest = yes writable = yes printable = no Could u help me?

| Sorry if I post a reply only to put up my thread, but I'm desperate. Anyone has an advice? Anyone can post a link or few words in order to solve my problem? Thanks for the patience.
