Refresh Not Working On Ical

I have created webcals on my webserver and am subscribed to them with iCal (V2.02)

It autorefreshes but when i try to refresh manually nothing happens sometimes, other times it does refresh. When I select Refresh All or Refresh an individual calendar, nothing happens at all.
