Dreamweaver Mx 2004 And Tiger

I upgraded to Tiger a few months ago and havent tried Dreamweaver until tonight. The program wont load. It bounces and then stops bouncing.

eMac 1.0gHz, 1.0gig ram, 40 gig, 10.4.2.

See this Macromedia Knowledge Base article. It was written for Panther but the issues are the same with Tiger.
