Question Automator Workflow error - Help for the inexperienced scripter?

I'm trying to create a Automator action to bundle a selection of files to a new folder. The Automator workflow will prompt me to select an arbitrary selection of files or folders (from a single location), create a new folder (which it will prompt me to enter a name for), then move the selected files to that new folder.
It seems like a simple thing, even with it being my first foray into Automator, but I'm getting applescript errors. It gets as far as making the new folder, but then throws and error and the files are not moved.

Any suggestions?

Once it's working, I later plan to polish this by setting Finder window display options for the target folder. I also hope to make it an executable.
