Video email blocking messages

Hi,
My relative sent me a video email message and it appears to just hang there and is stuck. The message has not shown up- I can see the message coming. I have only 57k dial up. My relative has dsl. What can I do? Im using
Mac os X . version 10.2.4 and Mail 1.2.3 (v551).

Bellsouth emailed me this message. ...........
Dear BellSouth Customer,

We could not deliver the following new e-mail message to your mailbox. When this message was generated, delivery of the message would have caused your mailbox on the BellSouth Mail Server to exceed its size limit.

* Size limit (capacity) per mailbox: Dial/FastAccess DSL Lite = 10MB; FastAccess DSL Ultra/Extreme = 250MB

Thanks.
Shaun B.

The file is larger than you're allowed on your ISP service. Not much you can do.

Get a gmail account or get .mac

A gmail account can easily handle a file that large, as can .mac. A gmail account is free, but you'll need an invite by someone who already has one. .Mac has lots of excellent features.

Can you log into Bell South for web based email? If you can, do that and delete it from there.

It all depends on how you manage your email. If you use a client (Mail, Outlook, Entourage, etc) and the message isn't showing up, then perhaps Bellsouth could delete it for you.

Or, since BellSouth is now part of SBC Yahoo! you should be able to log into your email via the internet. Perhaps then the message would show up there and you can delete it.
