duplicate keystrokes in tiger

hello all,
i'm using tiger and when i type into several mac applications (stickies, ichat, entourage, textedit) i get duplicate keystrokes (ie. when i type a question mark or comma or colon i'll get two instead of one).

anythink known on this?

i get this as well. or i used to. i ended up calling it my digital stutter. i thought it was me.

mammy is on a distinguished road
annoying. it crashes some of my apps like sticky and ichat. hopefully someone will come up with a solution.
