| iChat Video problem - can someone help me out? I am trying to establsih a video link using iChat with a colleague in Canada (I am in the UK) and it keeps failing. Bobw kindly agreed to link with me a few weeks ago to test my iChat and it worked fine. However, to cut a very long story short, the Canadian Mac helpdesk advisor is convinced the problem is at my end. Two questions: 1. My colleague has a iChat version 3.1.1, mine is version 2.1. Would this cause an incompatability? 2. Is there anyone who would be willing again to link with me briefly just to check my iChat is working OK? Volunteers will be very greatly appreciated.
