Error -50 When installing Data on Hard Drive

Hello,
Can someone help me with this. I am trying to install data from a dvd onto my hard drive and I continue to get error -50 halfway throught the installation. I am running OS X 10.3.9 on a G4 dual 1.25 mirrored MAC, and I am trying to install 8GB of data. I am not sure what the problem is. I was able to install the same data before, but now it won't install.

Thanks for any help,
Mark N.
