mactheripper software - problems

hi i have mactheripper the software that rips dvds and puts them on your computer. for some reason if i rip a dvd such as the simpsons i only get the first episode, even though there are 5 on the disc. why is this and how can i get the others? help very much appreciated.

those episodes are single chapters. you have to choose the whole DVD or rip separate chapters. (Switch to "Mode" in MTR's window.)
