Deja Vu backup software question

Hi,

I have a Mac dual Processor G4 running OS X 10.2.8

Opened Deja vu in system prefs, and added some folders to backup. It worked fine.

I can add more folders, but the option for WHEN to backup is grey, and it won't let me change from Daily to weekly or monthly.

Is this normal, or is there a way to repair it?
