applescript/other frameworks problems

i noticed a few applications wouldent work on my computer. All applescript apps wont work? does anyone know how i can fix my core frameworks and stuff. If i restore from the tiger disk will it fix it?
I tryed compiling an applescript application i made and this is what it told me
